The Builders' Exchange is pleased to offer the following membership benefits and services to its members. Benefits at the Exchange
These are benefits are available to all members who visit our offices at 400 Reed Street in Santa Clara during normal business hours.

1. Free Notary Service for construction documents only
2. Fax and engineering plan copier services are available at a minimal cost.
3. Standard construction forms for commercial and industrial functions are available at a minimal cost to members.

State Fund Insurance
Exchange members who purchase their workers compensation insurance through State Fund may be eligible for significant discounts. For further information on the program, contact Michael Miller at the Exchange. For more information about State Fund, contact: http://www.scif.com.

Click Safety
Members are now eligible for discounts on Online Safety Training through Click Safety. Go to the website for further information. You need to contact the exchange for the special discount code.

Health Insurance
The Exchange has been a partner with Q&A Insurance Marketing in offering Exchange members health insurance since 1995.  For further information about the programs, contact Michael Miller at the Exchange or Caryn Quinn at Q&A Insurance Marketing at (800) 585-2392. If you already have insurance through Q&A, they have a great resource for members to access the health insurance forms and information they need. You can access these forms through http://www.qaia.com

Employee Screening
Exchange members can receive special discounts through Hire-Safe, a company who does employee screening. For more information about Hire-Safe, contact Alfred Firato at 1-888-792-HIRE or you could review their website at: http://www.hire-safe.com

Membership Directories
The Exchange maintains an online searchable membership directory. Members can contact the exchange at any time to update their information. The online directory is updated once a month. The Exchange publishes a paper directory once a year. During the fall, every member is provided with the opportunity to update their information. 401K/Retirement Plans
The Exchange has developed a preferred provider relationship with Milestone Consulting and Hicks Pension Services to provide 401K benefits and retirement plans for exchange members. Milestone Consulting will provide investment advice to help Exchange members and their employees with the 401(k) planning. Hicks Pension Services provides administrative services to retirement plans. Long Term Disability Insurance
The Builders' Exchange has arranged for a discount on non-cancelable individually underwritten disability income protection insurance through Standard Insurance of Portland, Oregon. This insurance is offered through David White and Associates who specialize in assisting professionals, consultants and other business owners with protecting their income against unexpected injury or sickness

Vacation Discounts
The Builders' Exchange has information regarding discounts to various California attractions. Check out the news section for information on our annual family day at a local amusement park. Call the exchange for more information on discounts to the following:
